Privacy Policy

The short version

PosiChat doesn't collect personal data. No accounts, no emails, no tracking cookies. Your conversations are processed by AI in real-time and not stored on our servers.

What we store

• In your browser (localStorage): Daily session count, streak data (current streak, longest streak, total check-ins). This never leaves your device.
• On our servers: Nothing. Conversations are sent to the AI model, processed, and discarded. We don't log messages.

AI processing

Your messages are sent to a large language model (currently Meta Llama 3.3, hosted on Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate responses. These messages are processed in real-time and not retained after the response is generated.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. This does not track individual users or use cookies.

Third parties

PosiChat does not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. The only external service used is Cloudflare for hosting and AI inference.

Children

PosiChat is designed for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
